We only accept returns due to the goods being faulty. If you have an order that needs to be returned please repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation.
Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note that returning shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and this cost will not be refunded.
