Conditions of use
Orders placed before 11:00am for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped the same day, providing payment has been received in our Westpac bank Account. Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery of in stock merchandise. If stock is unavailable, you will be notified of it being out of stock and you will have the option of placing the product on a back order of we will refund your payment.
Credit Cards and payment options
RC Hobbies accepts credit cards through a National Bank Merchant Service - MasterCard®, Visa®. Bank deposits are our preferred method of payment as we feel this is the safest and most secure form of payment available for both our customers and ourselves. If you are a new customer, we will require payment before your first order can be shipped. Returning customers will have orders sent immediately and we would expect a electronic bank transfer within 48 hours. All accounts where there has been a failure to make payment will be placed on “credit hold” until the matter is resolved.
